While hiking at Malibu Creek State Park on Sunday afternoon, a hiker discovered possible human remains in the Tapia Park area. Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau detectives and personnel from the L.A. WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is heading west Monday morning to pitch his American Jobs Act in Las Vegas and speak at campaign events there and in California. While in Las Vegas, he will speak at a campaign event and will then meet with homeowners at a private residence to talk about his jobs proposal now before Congress. Then, the president will travel to Los Angeles, where he will talk at two campaign events at private homes. He will spend the night in Los Angeles. Penny Lane walks well on a leash, knows basic commands and is housebroken. She is also spayed and up to date on her routine shots. This sweet pooch is looking for a loving foster family or forever home. Ace of Hearts is a 501c-3 dog rescue foundation dedicated to rescuing dogs—the day they are to be euthanized—from various Los Angeles shelters and placing them in loving homes. It does not take dogs in. It rescues only from shelters. Its adoption days are normally held every Saturday at the West Hollywood Petco at 508 N. More details and video have emerged in the bizarre 4 a.m. machete attack on Friday night that involved a machete attack, a commandeered taco truck and a suspect immune to the effects of tasing.
