A woman was threatened with a gun and robbed of her purse on South Palm Drive in this Beverly Hills Police Department blotter set. Open office Between noon and 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 12, items were stolen from an office on the 400 block of North Bedford Drive. Someone gained entry through an unlocked door, took property and then fled undetected. A loss of $4,200 was reported. Emptied During the night of Dec. 12, property was stolen from a storage container on the 700 block of North Alta Drive. The container’s lock had been cut. Off the rack Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Dec. 13, a bicycle was snatched from a bike rack on the 9500 block of Wilshire Boulevard. The victim reported a loss of $1,100. Thieving duo At about 11 a.m. on Dec. 13, $20,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store on the 100 block of South Beverly Drive. A man and woman allegedly worked together to remove the items from a display case. At gunpoint Shortly before 10 p.m. on Dec. 13, a woman was robbed at gunpoint on the 200 block of South Palm Drive. An unknown male approached the victim on the street, grabbed her purse as he pointed the gun at her forehead, then fled with the purse. The victim reported a loss of $1,375.
