On 2/6/2011, David Stilwell, founder of GuerrillaLawfare.com asserted his 4th and 5th Amendment Rights. For exercising his rghts, Stilwell was shackled and detained for close to an hour. He was also stripped of his second amendment right to bear arms uring which he was violated. He was charged with obstruction and has been given the “run-around” by the system – including a condescenting judge that appeared annoyed to “bothered” by a citizen that wants his day in court and for the prosecutors, his accusor, and the judge to be LAW ABIDING!
