There are two sides to every story and legal council for Young Lee , the Pinkberry co-founder who, earlier this week , was charged with assault of a homeless man, claims that Lee felt “at risk” and “threatened” by the transient victim. Apparently, Lee was also angered by a “sexually explicit” tattoo he spotted on the homeless man’s body which caused him to get out of his car and attack.
