The two-week long DineLA Restaurant Week starts Sunday, with dozens of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles eateries offering specially priced three-course meals. The special menus are available until Feb. 3, except on Saturdays. This is the fifth year of the festival, in which participating eateries offer three-course lunches for $16, $22 or $28, depending upon the restaurant’s usual price range at the eatery. Dinners are offered for $26, $34 or $44.
