DOWNTOWN— It’s another story of food truck and brick and mortar. Mac & Cheeza’s owner, Larkin Mackey, recently told LAW that he was going to have to close his brick and mortar location downtown. Meanwhile, he’s been working on moving the operation onto a food truck. He’s also expanding. He’s about to launch a food truck both in Los Angeles and New Orleans.
