Click here to view the full photogallery. World Cafe on Main Street in Santa Monica has been tarped over for what feels like months upon months. Back in May an employee claimed that the venue had shuttered for a two month remodel, but that renovation has quite obviously taken longer than expected. Word on the street is that World Cafe is set to reopen on October 17 replete with a completely revamped look and new name, Areal .
