Teen Who Shot & Killed Gay Classmate Sentenced To 21 Years, Victim’s Father Calls Jurors ‘Incompetent’

Brandon McInerney, now 17-years-old, pulled a gun from his backpack in a computer lab at E.O. Green Junior High School on February 12, 2008 and shot 15-year-old Larry King in the back of the head twice. King died from his wounds. Students at Pierce College got to watch a helicopter do an emergency landing today (educational!) as an LAPD chopper touched down on their football field.
