Guerrilla Lawfare DUI Checkpoint Violations of Rights

On Feb 8th, 2011, in Las Vegas, NV, a law-abiding citizen exercised his right to not consent to a DUI checkpoint. He stopped as legally required, but did not consent to give away any of his rights. For that he was handcuffed and violated.
