Leah Felder, the daughter of singer Don Felder of the Eagles , is a Malibu native who grew up on the beach and began performing at age 14. The Southern California singer’s talent and experience is expertly displayed on “California Christmas.” She also is one half of the duo Brandon and Leah with her fiance, guitarist Brandon Jenner , who is the son of Bruce Jenner , who is the stepfather of Kim Kardashian , who is the one who turned Californiality onto Leah’s cool new Christmas classic. Regardless of who Leah Felder is related to, “California Christmas” is an outstanding song performed by a skilled vocalist who knows first-hand what Christmas in California is really like. The report lists the average household income in the 90210 ZIP as $278,757, with an average household net worth of $1,504,166. Though Beverly Hills has five ZIP codes—90209, 90210, 90211, 90212, 90213—the popular television show Beverly Hills, 90210 helped the city become synonymous with the 90210 ZIP. The 90210 ZIP stretches from Wilshire Boulevard to the Trousdale Estates. It also includes a portion of Los Angeles north of the Beverly Hills border known as the Beverly Hills Post Office. BHPO residents get to use the famous ZIP, but they are not a part of the Beverly Hills election process or school system. The highest-ranked West Coast ZIP on Businessweek.com’s list, 90210 fell behind 33480 (Palm Beach, Fla.), 11568 (Old Westbury, N.Y.) and 60043 (Kenilworth, Ill.).
