A man is asked over and over if he has had anything to drink that evening. He mearly didnt awnser the question, and was allowed to go. These DUI check-points are nothing more than entrapment, and a violation of our rights. Innocent until proven guilty? I think not. Guilty until proven innocent fits DUI check points more appropriately.
