California State Assemblymember Michael Allen (D-Santa Rosa) wants to have a fair, standard protocol for DUI checkpoints, and give unimpaired drivers a chance to keep their cars. That’s why Allen authored Assembly Bill 1389. Learn more in this Assembly Access Video.
