L.A. Responds after Proposition 8 Ruled Unconstitutional

Proposition 8 has been ruled unconstitutional by a three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. The judges voted 2-1 to strike down the ban on same-sex marriage.
