We visit a sobriety checkpoint in Saratoga Springs, NY and interview Sgt. Andrew Prestigiacomo (Saratoga Spgs., PD) and Sgt. Dan Larkin (NYSP). We also review NHTSA publications to assist agencies with their own checkpoint planning and operations.
