Brian Sussman is the morning show host for the SF Bay Area Neo-Con radio station 560 KSFO. He was trashing California Assembly bill AB1389 which takes away the police’s power of stealing cars at checkpoints for non dangerous reasons such as expired tags or suspended licenses and only limits them to ,catching drunk drivers. I tried to counteract his fear mongering and xenophobic rant by educating him with a little liberty. I made one mistake talking about an investigation into contra costa county checkpoints, i meant to say they only caught 3 people drunk but i said suspended license instead. enjoy
