And speaking of pizza, Albano’s Brooklyn Pizzeria on Melrose has closed doors once again. The backstory here is that Albano’s originally shuttered in 2007 (to sort of relocate), and two other pizzerias (Enzo’s then L.O.V.E.) thereafter tried to make the space work. Obviously neither succeeded because in July a purported “new and improved” Albano’s attempted a comeback.
