I encountered one of these Voluntary DUI Survey Checkpoints and was amazed. A group of young kids directed me off the road @ 3am and was asking me to take a survey which required me to blow in a breathalyzer! WTF It appeared to be a DUI Checkpoint but it had the words VOLUNTARY on the sign and there were cop cars around!?!?
