For one night, and one night only, Top Chef season four winner Stephanie Izard , chef/owner of Girl & the Goat in Chicago, skips states and lands in Vegas at Rick Moonen ‘s rm seafood on January 9. She plus Moonen will prepare a surf and turf-themed five course meal plus alcohol pairings to benefit Three Square Las Vegas and Share Our Strength . While the final menu hasn’t been released, plates come from Moonen’s Fish Without a Doubt and Izard’s Girl in the Kitchen .
