This is a ”soberity” checkpoint on 04/20/2012 in Cleveland Ohio @ W.150th and Lorain. Just by the date they did this I really doubt they were looking for drunks. The 4th amendment protects you from unreasonable searches & seizures and no warrent shall be issued but upon probable cause. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THESE CHECKPOINTS!!
