This is part two of the Wild Chase in Houston today. Houston Texas 4-6-12 The pursuit began after a security guard at a Walmart noticed a suspicious person possibly trying to break into a vehicle. That guard alerted HPD but the suspect took off in his own vehicle, the Trailblazer, and fled the scene. The chase then started after other drivers on Interstate 45 saw the suspect driving erratically and called 911. source: KTRK
May 17, 2011 At 3:30 am this morning this morning gunfire broke out on Chrysler Drive near Prescott Road. Modesto Police were already at the scene so when the shooting started the police were able to corner the suspect vehicle quickly. However, the suspects still tried to elude the police leading police to ram the get away vehicle several times with several different police cars. The short chase came to an end at the intersection of Prescott and Chrysler when a Modesto Police Officer T-boned the suspect vehicle. 3 suspects were taken into custody. It was reported that 4 Police cars were wrecked in the pursuit however Modesto News .org only saw two of them. The other two were drivable and received minor damage. No Police officers were hurt and no one was hit by the gunfire.
