Elizabeth Daniels 1/11 ] Six days remain to register an eatery or drinkery for the AIA|LA ‘s (America Institute of Architects: Los Angeles) 8th annual design awards. Nominate through April 2 , 4PM. As in years past, this competition honors excellence in restaurant , cafe/bar , and lounge/nightclub design. Restaurateurs, designers, and architects are invited to submit nominations. All establishments must be located in the US or the design firm must be US-based. As previously mentioned , this year’s judges are KCRW’s Good Food host Evan Kleiman , Rios Clementi Hale Studios principal Mark Rios , and ink.’s Michael Voltaggio .
