Cycling advocate, warning motorists of a Gardena checkpoint ahead. Many motorists alter their route, a few dont, some wish they did. Hundreds of people have thanked me, a couple of people have asked why. Nobody other then the police has ever complained when I do this. Many people have stopped and tipped me, brought me soda or juice. Some people are overwhelmed with driving away with their property in tact.
