Cycling advocate, warning motorists of a Gardena checkpoint ahead. Many motorists alter their route, a few dont, some wish they did. Hundreds of people have thanked me, a couple of people have asked why. Nobody other then the police has ever complained when I do this. Many people have stopped and tipped me, brought me soda or juice. Some people are overwhelmed with driving away with their property in tact. A suspicious vehicle with broken headlight turns into a 80 +mph chase down the highway! A pit manuver at the end, ends the chase. As well as some crazy security guard who decided to take aim at the LCPD.
Another motorcycle that thought he could get away. He was forced on to the soft shoulder where he had no traction. For all the riders that are gonna complain… don’t bother. He was checked with laser at 126 MPH. The way he was stopped was much safer than the way he was driving. He would not have been stopped that way if it could not have been done safely.
