Today Micah Fields from The Standard Downtown steps up against Chris Phelps at Salt’s Cure, pastry chef Tamra Davis originally at Bottega Louie though now playing with sugar at Mi Piace, and finally Whist executive chef Tony DiSalvo . The victor of this heat will face the winners of the other seven first round battles including Taylor Boudreaux, John-Carlos Kuramoto, Chris Crary, Johnny Zone, Kris Tominaga, and yesterday’s winner Waylynn Lucas .
