Well, this random. LudoBites 8.0 is currently underway at Lemon Moon in Santa Monica and today comes word that LudoBites Nine-0 will pop up in HAWAII , of all places. This is the first ever time that LudoBites manifests itself outside LA and from March 6-17 the temporary dining concept lands at Hualālai Grille inside the Four Seasons Hualālai in Kona, Hawaii. While diners can order the LudoBites menu a la carte, the hotel is also offering a pricey four-night LudoBites package that includes accommodations, daily breakfast buffet for two, one dinner for two at each LudoBites Hawai‘i Nine-0, Pahu i’a and Beach Tree restaurants, a LudoBites “swag bag” and two signed Made in America books. Not to be confused with Govind Armstrong’s newly opened Post & Beam, Knitting Factory Entertainment (The Federal Bar) has named its next Latin concept Bow & Truss after the property’s bow and truss ceiling. The venue will be designed by Beth Holden of New Theme Inc. featuring an open kitchen plus counter seating. Out front will sit a spacious courtyard for al fresco dining with a large retractable door to separate inside from out.
