Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department and Van Nuys Area detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify burglary suspects caught on surveillance video. On February 2, 2013, at about 3:50 pm, two suspects entered a jewelry store in the area of Coldwater Canyon Ave and Riverside Drive armed with hammers. Once the suspects entered the business, they started smashing the display cases and removing several watches. The owner tried to stop the suspects but was pushed away by the two suspects. The suspects with the items ran out of the location and into a light colored compact vehicle. The same two suspects were seen on a video in the store the day before posing as customers. Suspect one is described as a Hispanic male, 25-30 years old. He is 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall and weighs about 170 pounds. Suspect two is described as a 20- to 25 year-old Hispanic male. He is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
